Farm Development
MEB delivered a comprehensive farm development project across regional Victoria, encompassing bulk earthworks, land shaping, dam construction, and site infrastructure to transform raw agricultural land into a productive farming operation.
This project involved large-scale bulk earthmoving to reshape the landscape for improved drainage, paddock layout, and agricultural productivity. MEB deployed GPS-equipped dozers and scrapers to achieve precise grades and formations across the property, working closely with the landholder and agronomist to meet the site's specific requirements.
As part of the farm development scope, MEB constructed new water storage infrastructure including farm dams and irrigation channels, ensuring the property had reliable water supply for livestock and cropping operations. Spillway design, batter slopes, and invert levels were all achieved to engineering specifications.
All works were completed in accordance with MEB's ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, with erosion and sediment controls in place throughout construction and full revegetation of disturbed areas on completion. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
