Dam Rehabilitation
MEB has rehabilitated farm dams, irrigation storages, and water management structures across regional Victoria and beyond. Our GPS-equipped dozers and scrapers achieve accurate batters, spillways, and invert levels on every dam rehabilitation project.
Dam rehabilitation requires careful assessment of existing soil conditions, structural integrity, and catchment hydrology. MEB works with landholders and engineers to restore dams to their required storage capacity, undertaking embankment repairs, batter reshaping, spillway reconstruction, and seepage remediation works.
Applied innovative methods for dam rehabilitation, working collaboratively with the client to ensure zero environmental incidents throughout the project. Works were completed within a month, restoring the dam to full operational capacity and improving long-term performance and safety for the landholder.
All MEB dam rehabilitation projects are conducted in accordance with our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, with particular attention to erosion and sediment control during construction and full revegetation of disturbed areas on completion.
